Fusiontec Roasting pan with lid The beautifully shaped roasting pan made of WMF Fusiontec im- presses with its fast heat conductivity, high heat retention capacity and even heat distribution, effortlessly meeting the highest demands of top chefs. The extreme heat resistance of up to 450°C (without lid) also means it can be used on a hob or even a grill. The lid is made of heat-resistant glass and premium silicone and can withstand temper- atures of up to 200°C. 30-year warranty.* Baking dishes in several sizes, matching serving frames made of fine oak and tailor-made lids pro- vide the basis for a modular system within the WMF ovenware collection.
