The FlexTec knife blocks are a new generation of knife blocks based on WMF FlexTec technology. Its innovative insert provides outstanding features like extra safe knife fixation and optimal blade protection. It offers full customization and maximum flexibility for up to 15 knives of any type or shape. Even scissors and sharpening steel can be perfectly fit inside. The FlexTec knife blocks in WMF premium design are available in three differ- ent materials: stainless steel, bamboo and dark wood.
