Wine is a sophisticated drink. Cultivation, harvesting and production require a lot of experience, care and attention. Wine lovers know how to appreciate this and place a great deal importance on having the right accessories for proper handling. This starts with opening the bottle and pouring.

Vino The 11.5 cm waiter’s knife made of chromium-plated diecast metal combines corkscrew, bottle opener and foil cutter in one tool. The le- ver corkscrew also effortlessly removes longer corks. Thanks to the patented, movable external clamps, the corkscrew automatically adapts to all bottle necks and is even suitable for opening prosecco bottles. The screw is hardened and double Teflon-coated, and has an extremely precise point. The decanting spout allows drip-free, controlled pouring and the in- tegrated aerator makes sure the wine is quickly enriched with oxygen. Can also be used as stopper. With the wine pump, the air is pumped out of opened wine bottles through the supplied stoppers and a vacuum is created which stops the oxidation of the wine almost completely. The hermetically sealed bottle can now be stored for days. Suitable for practically all wine bottles. Wine bottle stopper for storing opened wine bottles without affect- ing the quality. By simply putting it on the bottle, the contents re- main airtight for days. This effectively slows down the oxidation of the wine and preserves its bouquet. Baric sommelier set: The stylish Baric sommelier set impresses wine lov- ers with the professional accessories made of hard-wearing Cromargan®: stainless steel 18/10, high-quality plastic and food-safe silicone in an elegant walnut wood box in a compact 20 x 19 x 4.5 cm format. Baric foil cutter: A professional tool made of high-quality plastic and blade steel – sealing caps on wine bottles are therefore easy to re- move cleanly and safely.

Decanters Wine connoisseurs recommend decanting mature, well-cellared red wine before serving. This achieves two things: when transferred to a decanter, the wine is enriched by oxygen and can better develop its bouquet. In addition, any accumulated sediment stays at the bottom of the bottle. It is also becoming more common to decant certain full-bodied white wines such as Riesling. We offer two series with perfectly shaped decanters: Clever & More and Jette designed by Jette Joop.
